I am so pleased to be sharing one of my little Monkey and I’s favorite bedtime stories, the bilingual book Rooster/Gallo by Jorge Luján. It is a perfect way to introduce your little one to poetry, and it’s gentle rhythm is great for just before bed.
You can find our full review on the wonderful Mother Daughter Book Reviews, one of our favorite blogs:

And yes, I did say our review: my little Monkey shares his summary and opinion of the book as well! Trust me, you won’t want to miss it!
We are also excited that Renee of Mother Daughter Book Reviews has accepted my little Monkey and I as Featured Guest Reviewers, meaning that you will see a lot more of our reviews on her page! You can read her writeup of us on her website, and while you’re there be sure to take a look around! This site is such a great resource for anyone who loves children’s books.
